Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Honda Auto Center of Bellevue has an immediate opening in our Business Development Center (BDC) for a Customer Service Associate. This fast paced position assists our valued customers in scheduling appointments to service their vehicles. We are looking for an energetic self motivated person to join our team. This is a full time position Tuesday - Saturday.

Job requirements and description:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Basic computer skills (Excel knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment
  • Accurate data entry
  • Good phone etiquette

This position is responsible for making customer appointments, following up with service customers after their service and calling customers when their special order parts come in. Wage: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
