To Our Valued Customers,
Honda Auto Center of Bellevue is taking preventative actions to help protect our staff and valued consumers against the COVID-19 pandemic. All of our Honda team members and customers are required to wear a face mask and maintain 6 feet of social distancing while at the dealership. Our Honda team members are receiving ongoing Covid-19 prevention training and are monitoring their health status daily. We have sanitized seating available in all our customer areas and have adjusted all of our seating to comply with social distancing guidelines. Every vehicle that has been test driven, looked at or brought in for service is sanitized before and after contact. You will find blue tape on our seats and vehicles throughout the dealership. This tape is there to give you peace of mind that the area has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for your use. If the blue tape is broken or missing please do not use that area or interact with that vehicle as it needs to be cleaned for use. As an added layer of protection, we have installed Plexiglass shields at our reception, sales and finance desks, as well as our service and parts counters. We have also consulted with our air quality specialists and have made adjustments to our facility air ventilation based on the most updated CDC guidance. We are continuing our enhanced and scheduled cleaning routine during business hours to thoroughly disinfect all surfaces, door knobs, access handles, light switches and general contact areas. We have hand sanitizer available at all consumer contact areas and at the entrance and exits to the building. Due to the current situation, we have also directed our evening cleaning crew to pay close attention to all high-traffic contact areas and take extra care disinfecting those sensitive areas. We have gloves available for use by all consumers and employees. We are doing everything that we can to ensure that we are actively slowing the pace and impact of this virus. We will continue to follow all State, King County and CDC guidelines. Thank you for your continued business!
In addition, we have added at-home services for your convenience that include:
During this time, we ask that you pay for your services with a debit or credit card rather than cash if possible. Thank you for your help and support in our attempt to help slow the pace and impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
