Job Description - Service Advisor

Honda Auto Center of Bellevue has an immediate opening for an experienced Service Advisor. We are rapidly growing and have a unique opportunity for a qualified customer service oriented advisor to join our team. We pride ourselves in giving the best customer service in the industry. Our Service Advisors interact with our customers to build loyalty and trust. This position is on a fast paced positive service drive that specializes in customer satisfaction.

• CDK experience is a plus

• 4 day work weeks
• 5 days off every 3 weeks - Great rotating schedule

This position will make sure the customers are greeted promptly, follow the repair orders through the shop, keep the customer informed on completion times and make sure all concerns were addressed before the vehicle is picked up. Will need to be detailed oriented and have the ability to work in a team environment. Excellent customer service skills and a great attitude are required. Salary: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
