Job Description - Cashier Receptionist

Honda Auto Center of Bellevue has an immediate opening for a Cashier/Receptionist. This is a unique opportunity for a customer service-oriented person to interact and build loyalty and trust with our customers. In this fast-paced environment your job duties will include, but not be limited to:

Job requirements and description:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Making a daily schedule
• Answering multiline phone system
• Directing calls to the correct department/person
• Taking messages or directing calls to voicemails/cell phones
• Paging extensions/people over the intercom
• Cashiering customers from parts, service, rentals, and finance
• Handling cash, check, and charge transactions
• Applying coupons and discounts as needed
• Balancing out transactions taken in throughout the day
• Counting your till at the beginning and end of your shift
• Helping other departments with various projects
• Checking the receipt drawer throughout the day to see if there is anything to be receipted
• Make new car deal jackets
• Make new blue jackets for incoming cars
• File jackets with keys
• Go through the internals and parts tickets
• Noting down customer information and calling customers when their plates have arrived
• Responsible for tracking of dealer plates
• Go through transports from our dealership to and from the corporate office

Qualified candidates for this position will possess great customer service skills with a desire to make every customer feel valued when they are with you. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The ability to manage and interact with other employees in a positive manor.

Wage: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
