My husband and I bought our Honda Civic here today. We worked with Lyle Durham, who was nothing but accommodating the entire time. We were pretty wary walking into a dealership, having never bought a car from a dealer before, but were immediately put at ease when we began talking to Lyle. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen - no pressure, no worries. We were in and out in no time, and LOVE our Civic! Financing was a breeze, as well. If you are thinking of buying a Honda - go here! We traveled more than 40 miles to Bellevue because of this dealership's great reputation, and we know we made the right choice.

We bought our 1st new car together with the help of Tom Jorgensen. He went above and beyond putting in numerous hours to help us get through some financial hurdles and sealed the deal. After years of purchasing all my vehicles from private parties, I reluctantly wound up at Bellevue Honda because they had exactly the (used) car I was looking for. I was braced for dealing with all the car-dealer stereotypes I had heard of . . . but was pleasantly surprised that none held true. Matt Singer was very helpful, low-key . . . and even came in on his day off when that was the only time I could make it. A similar experience with Sheryl (Business Manager) who took care of the paperwork. No pressure for unneeded services and extras. Good people, good service, and I'm very happy with my new Honda! (Bring back the Element!)

Dennis was great. Dennis Ouellette was the guy at Honda of Bellevue that I worked with. I expressed interested in a 2012 Odyssey around November of 2011, and he kept in touch with me for 2-3 months while I waited for when I was ready to buy. He let me know about deals that were currently going on, and when it was time to buy it was a fairly straightforward process. No pressure at all, and I think we arrived at a very competitive final price.

Stan was exceptional! We got to the dealership late and yet he was generous and patient as we looked at cars in the dark, cold night. He never once rushed us or gave us the impression that we were a burden. I appreciated his great sense of humor and composure (especially when my husband got a bit testy). I recently purchased a 2012 CRV from Tom Jorgensen at Honda of Bellevue. It was honestly the least stressful experience I have ever had purchasing a car! Tom was professional, yet personable. The upfront honesty, knowledge, and professionalism that I had with Tom Jorgensen and the quality Honda product was unparalleled and is the experience all auto buyers deserve. The remaining review encompasses the exceptional value and great service you will get at Honda of Bellevue working with Tom, that you might not get elsewhere. Read on for more details. I have been shopping for weeks looking at other cars doing my due diligence. My experience with Honda Bellevue started with an online quote request for a 2012 Civic DX. Within half an hour Tom Jorgensen called an politely notified me that there were very few DX models, though there were many LX to choose from. (This did not happen at any other dealership.) I set up an appointment evening after work. The following evening I was lucky to get Tom. (This only happened at some other dealers.) When I mentioned to Tom we were looking at other cars he printed off a comparison guide comparing them to the Civic DX. (This did not happen at any other dealers.) In contrast Tom was very constructive in comparison. (Other dealers had diminishing remarks about Honda, which were untrue, an unprofessional.) Tom and I were able to quickly zero in on an ideal car, and take a test drive and get to talking numbers. Throughout the entire process Tom was very professional in his appearance and behavior. (This was not true of some other dealers.) Lucky for me Honda of Bellevue had the exact color and trim level I wanted. No compromise, and no waiting for it to be ordered or delivered. (This did not happen at any other dealer.) It was a late night for me and did not want to buy a car being so tired. Tom was understanding and indicated he would follow up with me the following day. His email and phone communication was spot on, in terms of desired detail, and timing.

Matt Singer was my sales person. I purchased my very first new Honda from him in Bellevue after my prior Honda civic had gotten stolen. He was very helpful and showed me a variety of cars. He was not pushy and did not try to sell me one model over another. I appreciated his willingness to let me test drive all the cars I wanted to (Honda Civic Hybrid, Honda Civic Sedan) and offered to test drive a Honda Accord as well (although I had declined). I had originally mentioned I might not qualify as a person with good credit and might need some help on that end. He still offered to help and did not try to push me to run credit like some of the other dealerships had before I picked a vehicle. (Some of the other dealerships wanted me to do a credit application and did not offer to look at cars first.) After I had chosen a vehicle, he then ran a credit application to see if I qualify. I was very happy with my service and after I received my vehicle, he followed up to make sure I liked my vehicle and asked me if I had any questions.

We are very pleased with our Service out of the Bellevue shop. Lyle was the most accommodating sales person I have worked with - by far. We bought a new Accord and he bent over backwards to make the deal work. He took extra time to explain the options on the car and was nothing but pleasant to work with. I bought CR-V 2011 at Honda of Bellevue. I visited other dealerships too, and after that I understood what 'service' means. At Bellevue's Honda you get full satisfaction. Ryan was my sales man. He respected all my ideas and decisions, he gave me all the information I need in correct and polite manner, not trying to impose on you like many other car sales men do. And price negotiation was also successful and honest - both for me and for the store, I think ;-) So I felt absolutely comfortable there, no pressure, and left the store in good mood and in a new car! :-)

I bought a 2009 Pilot from Howie Te at Honda of Bellevue today. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Though trying buy a car has, for me, been a stressful experience in the past, today it was a pleasure. Working with Howie was like buying from a friend. I told him what I was interested in, he gave my well-informed, honest opinions and directed me to the cars I was interested in. Purchased a 2012 CR-V from Alex Miller. I was not looking forward to the whole car buying experience but was pleasantly surprised. Alex was very knowledgeable but did not BS me when he didn't know the answer. That was appreciated. Bought a new 2012 Civic EX-L from Tom Jorgensen. Straightforward and honest transaction. No endless back and forth to someone to approve the deal, not bait and switch, etc. Just laid it out, quickly came to terms, and it was done. Also had great experience with service department. On the way home picked up a construction screw on the freeway. The tire pressure sensor alerted me and I added air, but then it went down again so I called the dealer. Jeff had me come in right before closing and changed it out. Had good service with Kris and Cathy in service department too getting some accessories installed a few days later. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership. I've had, or attempted to have, business with other honda dealers in the Puget Sound, and some of the others...well, they weren't near as good. You guys rock!

I just bought a brand new CRV from Maro Balcazar, it was my very first brand new car. We went in looking for a used CRV, but Marco found us one that fit our needs and price. I am very happy with my car and I loved the deal. We are sometimes difficult customers, but really we want to make sure we get the best value for our buck. Marco was very, very patient with us and didn't pressure us. The only pressure we felt was from everyone else looking at the CRV we wanted to buy because it was such a smokin deal. I just bought a 2012 civic si there about two days ago. Tom Jorgensen was my salesperson, and I was very pleased with the way in which he handled my business. He gave me solid advice, and got me into the car I had initially wanted, but had not gone to the dealership to test. It was my first purchase of a new car, and it was important to me to feel like I was being listened to, and that I was going to be happy with the decision. When I test drove the car, he didn't gush too much about the vehicle. He answered my question, and let me take my time. Throughout the approval/signing process he was considerate of my time, and kept me regularly updated and informed with the progress of everything. I would recommend Tom, and your dealership to others, as the dealership was referred to me. Thanks again to Tom and the staff for treating me well. I love the car!

Tom Kim is a great salesman. I bought a Honda Accord from him. Actually, I passed by Honda of Bellevue on my way to the Factoria Group Health Medical Center and had no plan to buy a car there. Just out of curiosity, I stopped and checked car prices there. Tom Kim happened to be around and asked me if I was interested in any of those cars. He was a nice person and very friendly. Because my old car was in repair shop at that time, I became serious about buying a new car after chatting with him. I ended up buying a new car next day. Tom planned to take that day off because of it was his daughter's birthday. He changed his plan for helping me buy a new car.

I called Honda and talked with Stan Fincham. I had specific requirements that I wanted in a used car. Stan called me back in just a few minutes with two good possibilities. My husband and I met with him an hour later and we closed the deal on a Honda Civic in less than an hour! We picked up the car the next day and that gave the dealership a chance to finish up all their recommended services as the car had just arrived. Stan was a pleasure to work with and made the whole experience very easy. I would highly recommend Stan.

I must say, I didn’t get what I expected! I went in to Honda of Bellevue expecting to get someone at my door as I was parking the vehicle i arrived in, but no my mother, daughter and I were able to walk around and look at cars before we were nicely approached. It was a scary thought to even have to go to a dealership after recently paying off my 2005 Honda Civic, then recently getting into a car accident and having no vehicle. Howie Te approached us and asked if we had questions, were looking around, or needed any help. That’s where it began, I am pleased to say I have purchased a new 2012 accord. Extremely satisfied! Not only did he help all the way but still followed up after the sale! Not pushy at all!! I would definitely recommend this dealership and Howie Te. My experience was above and beyond great service!

I recently took my car in for service at Honda of Bellevue. Not only was it easy to set up an appointment, but when I arrived at my appointment, I was immediately acknowledged and helped. Oliver Rankine took care of me and did an outstanding job reviewing my concerns before the service was started. Oliver took the time to be sure that the basic services I needed were done, but he also took the time explaining options for other services to make sure I would be leaving with my car in the best, safest condition. Oliver was personable, honest, and helpful. I appreciated that he did the work that I requested, checked with me when he thought more work was needed before completing the work, and got me in and out quickly. I even had multiple service agents check on me, Oliver and one other, to make sure I didn't have any questions and was comfortable while I was waiting. Oliver genuinely wanted to make my experience in the service department the best it could possible be. I will continue to take my Honda here for service in the future!

Alex Miller provided a fabulous buying experience for me and my wife at Honda of Bellevue last week. When we took a test drive of the gorgeous new Honda Accord, we swung by my wife's office and I put Alex on speaker phone so he could review the benefits of leasing to us while she watched us outside from her office desk. As we were working out the finer points of the deal, my wife Lisa followed us back to Honda of Bellevue and Alex worked out a smokin' good deal on two "His and Her's Honda Accords." But wait. Alex wasn't done yet since he gave us a great educational overview of the services that Honda of Bellevue provides and a step by step rundown of some of the great safety and maintenance features of the Honda Accord. Sure it's a thrill to get a new car, but when you get the service and a great deal from a real pro like Alex you never forget it and I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a trusted advisor to get their next new Honda!

Really would express my appreciation to Tom Kim, a young salesman on Bellevue Honda. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot LX 2012 from Bellevue Honda. The buying experience is fairly pleasant and comfortable, primarily because of the professional, non-pushing, extremely patient, and friendly manner from Tom Kim. Tom is so helpful during the whole process from test drive, bargaining, loan application, insurance buying through phone (he even helped with this, really, so we can drive the car home the same day even though it is so late), and lots of time on the car's details and driving tips. If you are looking for work with a salesman who is knowledgeable about the car and is patient and nice (not put pressure of buying on you), I definitely recommend this young man, Tom Kim!

Eddy Veh, sales associate sold me a Honda CRV. Both my wife and I were extremely pleased with his knowledge of all the different models, as well as his professional and friendly attitude. He was informative, but never pushy. I even called him the next day, and he answered...AT HOME! Bellevue Honda was referred to us by a friend, and I can see why. They have tons of cars, great, friendly staff and a very nice dealership overall. Now we'll see if the product lives up to the level of the service.

He had a lot of knowledge and a very good attitude. I would definitely recommend him. I'm also really like my 2012 Civic. It's very fuel efficient (39 mpg Highway), quick, reliable, and good looking. I just signed my second lease with Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. My original lease in 2009 was with Howie. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Howie made it happen. He was professional and friendly throughout the process even though he had to work a little harder to set me up. After the sale, Howie called me occasionally just to check in and make sure everything was good. After 2 years, Howie called me to check up. After talking with him, I agreed that it was time to upgrade to the new 2012 model. Howie made it happen and once again provided top notch service. Thanks to everyone at HAC for helping me out with me second lease. I will see you in 3 years for me 2015 model.

I traded in two cars for one new 2011 Honda CR-V EX. Tony was our salesperson, he was very professional, competent and friendly. He came across honest and sincere which we appreciated especially in the negotiation of the final price. I would have like a lower net difference in price between the new car and our trade ins but I was comfortable enough to proceed forward and close the deal. Tony was there the next day when we picked up our new car and gave us a great overview of the features on our new vehicle and more than once told us to call him if we had any questions. Tari was our financial service person. She went over available extended warranties and was not pushing when we declined them. She made the financing part of our new car very pleasant. In summary both Tony and Tari made buying our new care a very pleasant experience and we would recommend our friends to talk to them if they are in the market for a new vehicle.

I just bought my "new" fabulous (used) car with Eddy....what a great experience!! Not cheesy, no pushy sales tactics! He was upfront about everything, all costs, expenses...so refreshing!! :-) He was kind, patient, pleasant and shared a lot of great stories while we were waiting for the final "ok" from financing. It was an enjoyable experience, which is an oxymoron if used in the same sentence with buying a car (usually)! As someone who has purchased many cars and has had many horrible experiences at different local dealerships, I HIGHLY recommend Honda of Bellevue, specifically, Eddy... and be sure to ask him about his beloved dog!! :-) too cute!!

I just worked with Ryan a second time to buy my second Honda Accord from Honda of Bellevue. Ryan was very helpful and responsive before I even arrived at HofB, sending me links of cars that I might be interested in my price range. The day I purchased my (second) Accord, Ryan helped me review cars, limit cars and ultimately choose my current car. As before, he was very professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you again Ryan! Also, Andrew my finance person was FAST, friendly and very funny! I would highly recommend both Ryan and Andrew to anyone looking to buy a new/used car.

Found a great used vehicle at Bellevue . Was looking to purchase a third vehicle for my family and had been looking around for about a month but had not found anything to my liking. Went to Bellevue Honda based upon a car listed on their website. Called ahead to make sure the car was still available and got connected with Tom Jorgensen. When we got to the dealership, we actually found a car on the lot that we liked better than the one we went to see. The car had just been traded-in the day before and had not gotten posted to their website, yet. I asked if I could get the car inspected by an independent mechanic and Tom was very accommodating to get this set up. The car checked out fine. We had a very straight forward negotiation for the price of the vehicle. They also agreed to have a license plate light ... Honda. Excellent customer service.....i always have this not so good impression with car salesman, they always pressure you to buy and do this *BS* huddle thing wherever your trying to negotiate as if your stupid not to figure out what they're trying to do...but with Stan Fincham, it was a smooth ride, he never forces you to buy, listen first on what your need, try to work with you and mostly no pressure. It was a good buying experience. I definitely recommend this guy especially for those first time buyers.

If you're looking for a new car and want a hassle free experience, I HIGHLY recommend coming to Honda of Bellevue to see Gil Delacruz!!!!! Gil definitely deliver a first class customer experience!!! My husband and I came in to check out their used car inventory with the intention of buying one in the near future and was set up with Gil. We told him what we were looking for and he didn't try to rush us nor pressure us into something we didn't want. Not only is he courteous but also knows what he's selling!!!! We found our perfect car that night but I wanted some peace of mind and shop around some more before I make any decisions and Gil was understandable. He followed up with me and even came in on his day off to close the deal!!!! I had a wonderful experienced with Gil and would highly recommend him. I also had a great experience with Ryan from Finance and Jared the used car manager. Everyone at Honda makes the experience a first class experience. Not only do they help you choose your perfect car, they go beyond their duties to ensure your satisfied with what you got!!!!! Honda of Bellevue is by far the best dealership I dealt with!!!!!

Best car-buying experience ever! Laura Bennett was our salesperson and she was a pleasure to work with. She had a great sense of humor and we didn't feel like we were working with a pushy salesperson at all. We knew what we were looking for when we went in (a basic, inexpensive third car) and I appreciate that she didn't try to pressure us to buy a more expensive model or options we didn't want or need.

We just had a great experience leasing our new car at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. Alex Miller was very helpful and informative. He made sure the car we chose was right for our needs. Alex believes in the product he sells and was happy to take time to answer all of our questions. This is the second time we have purchased with Honda of Bellevue and we have been very happy both times.
